These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tiny Tidy website and any purchase from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
Tiny Tidy is a founder-led shop based in China. We sell small home and personal-care products online and ship internationally.

2. The website
Product photos, descriptions, and availability are provided in good faith and may change. We may correct errors, update prices, or refuse an order if information is inaccurate or an item cannot be fulfilled.

3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order for lack of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Prices
Prices on product pages are retail prices in the currency shown. Shipping is added at checkout. Unless collected at checkout, prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged in your country. Those charges, if any, are your responsibility.

5. Payment
You must provide valid payment details. The charge is processed when you complete checkout, in the currency displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping
Shipping costs and estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and weight. Processing is typically 1–3 days; transit is often about 7 days (about 7–10 days total). Times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s terms once the parcel is handed over. We email a tracking number when the order ships.

We do not ship to countries or regions we have excluded in our store settings.

7. Customs
International parcels may be inspected or delayed by customs. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless we collect them at checkout.

8. Returns and refunds
If there is a quality issue, or the parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and photos or carrier information. We will offer a 100% refund of the amount you paid for that order (or the affected items), once we have reviewed the claim. We may ask you not to return the item if return shipping is impractical.

Change-of-mind returns, if offered, will follow the policy published on our Refund Policy page.

9. Wholesale and custom orders
Bulk and custom-logo orders are by separate agreement. Website prices are retail. Contact us for wholesale pricing.

10. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in an abusive way, or place orders with false information.

11. Intellectual property
The Tiny Tidy name, logo, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tiny Tidy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
